咽拭子檢體採集

收集喉嚨拭子標本的目的是從咽和扁桃體中分泌細菌培養或病毒隔離.

步驟

1. 檢查醫生的建議, 將標籤貼在樣品容器上, 並將內容物帶到病人的床上.

2. 檢查患者並解釋服用喉嚨培養的目的和方法.

3. 點燃酒精燈, instruct the patient to open his mouth to make “啊” 聲音, and expose his throat. Wipe the secretions on both sides of palatal arch, pharynx and tonsil with a sensitive and gentle movement with a long sterilized cotton swab in the culture tube.

4. After taking it, disinfect the mouth of the test tube on the flame of alcohol lamp, then insert the cotton swab into the test tube and plug it tightly.

5. Timely inspection.
