How to Use Meidike Gene MHM-A or MHM-B Painless Saliva Collection Kit Device For DNA Or RNA Test?
1. Gently spit endocrine saliva into the mouth to collect the oval saliva collector, and pay attention to avoid excessive foam when collecting saliva.
2. Collect saliva until the layered interface between saliva in the collection tube and the upper foam reaches the scale line in 2ml.
3. The lid of the collector containing the saving liquid is evenly fastened to the elliptic collection port, and there is a slight clicking sound when the lid is fastened. At the same time, the storage liquid flows into the collection tube uniformly, indicating that the lid has been fastened; otherwise, the lid of the collector needs to be opened gently, and then the lid is evenly fastened again until the storage liquid flows into the collection tube uniformly.
4. Gently swing the saliva collector so that the preservation fluid flows into the collection tube more completely.
