تعليمات جمع العينة الشدقية

يعد جمع عينة الشدق طريقة بسيطة وغير جراحية للحصول على الحمض النووي لإجراء الاختبارات الجينية. تم العثور على الخلايا الشدقية في الجزء الداخلي من الخد ويمكن جمعها بسهولة باستخدام المسحة. في هذا المقال, سنقدم تعليمات خطوة بخطوة لجمع عينة الشدق.

المواد المطلوبة:

– مسحات الشدق (these can be obtained from a genetic testing company or purchased online)
– أنبوب التجميع (provided by the genetic testing company)

تعليمات:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before starting the collection process. If you are wearing gloves, make sure they are clean and free of any contaminants.
• Your collection kit should contain a swab and a tube with a cap. Open the kit carefully, making sure not to touch the swab or the inside of the tube.
• Open the tube. Set the cap down with the inside facing up. Set the tube down so it’s standing upright.
• Peel the package back and grab the stick in the middle with your fingers to remove the buccal swab from the package. It’s important that you don’t touch the end of the swab stick so you don’t spread any of your DNA there.
• Place the swab tip in your mouth and rub the side of your inner cheek about 6 مرات.
• Take the swab out of your mouth.
