Step-by-Step Guide to Collecting Your Stool Sample

1. Wash your hands before taking samples, and wear the disposable gloves included with the kit if necessary. If sampling is done in a squat toilet, the toilet seat paper can be laid directly on the bottom of the squat toilet. (It is recommended to empty the urine first and then put the cushion paper.)

2.  Open the packaging bag at the seal and take out the disposable sampling swab.

3.  Use the nylon swab of the sampling swab to dip a sufficient amount of feces from the squat toilet or the seat paper of the toilet (to cover the cotton swab head). Please avoid contact with other objects (such as urine and other secretions) when scraping to avoid contamination.

4.  Open the cap of the 5ml sample collection tube, push the push rod of the sampling swab, and push the cotton swab head stained with the sample into the sample collection tube.

5.  Tighten the cap of the sample collection tube, put the sample collection tube back into the attached shockproof bag, and return it to the designated location on the day of sampling or the next day.

Precautions

Do not eat the preservation solution in the sampling tube. If you accidentally eat it, please rush to the nearest hospital for medical treatment immediately. Please keep the sampling device out of the reach of children.
