Features:
1. The upgraded version of HANK’S solution is added with bovine serum albumin to provide nutrition for the virus and preserve the vigor and virulence of the virus.
2. Antibiotics are added to the preservation solution, which improves the antibacterial effect of the sample solution stored at room temperature on bacteria and solves the problem of bacterial and fungal contamination after sampling.
3. Buffer salts and phenol red to control the pH value are used as pH indicators.
4. Antifreeze agent is added, which will not affect normal use in low temperature environment, which is beneficial to the preservation of virus when specimens are stored in freezing.
